Before an order becomes available for cancellation, the asset conversion, Relay routing and deposit into Peer’s non-custodial escrow may already have been completed. These completed transaction steps cannot be reversed through Zedkr Cash.
After a successful cancellation, the recoverable funds are automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG.
Which costs are not refunded?
- Protocol fee
- Relay fee
- Uniswap conversion cost
- Price impact
- Token slippage
The protocol and Relay fees are not refunded. Completed conversion costs, price impact and slippage are also not reversed.
The recovered amount may therefore be lower than the value of the asset you originally sold.
Why is the protocol fee not refunded?
At that point, Zedkr Cash begins coordinating the required wallet authorization, asset conversion, Relay routing and deposit into Peer’s escrow.
The protocol fee is:
- $1 for cash-outs from $5 through $20
- 3.9% for cash-outs above $20
The applicable Relay fee and conversion effects are separate from the protocol fee.
Why is the Relay fee not refunded?
The cost of this service appears on the confirmation screen as Bridge (Relay).
By the time an order becomes available for cancellation, Relay may have already completed the routing process. The completed Relay service cannot be reversed, so its fee is not refunded.
Are Uniswap conversion costs refunded?
Once the conversion is completed:
- The original asset has already been exchanged.
- The conversion cannot be reversed through Zedkr Cash.
- Any completed conversion cost remains applied.
- Price impact and slippage cannot be refunded.
Recovered funds therefore return as USDG rather than the asset you originally sold.
For example, if you originally sold ETH, CASHCAT or LOCK, the recovered funds will still be returned as USDG.
Is slippage a refundable fee?
Slippage is the difference between the expected conversion result and the result available when the conversion is executed. It is caused by changing market conditions and available liquidity.
Because slippage is part of the completed market conversion, it cannot be reversed or refunded after cancellation.
How much will I receive after cancellation?
The recovered amount may reflect:
- The completed Uniswap conversion
- The protocol fee
- The Relay fee
- Conversion costs
- Price impact
- Slippage
After the cancellation is completed, the recovered funds are automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG.
The recovered amount is not the original quantity of the asset you sold.
Where are the recovered funds sent?
To find them:
- Remain signed in with the email address associated with your Para wallet.
- Open the Wallet tab.
- Review your wallet balance or portfolio.
- Look for the recovered USDG balance.
You do not need to provide another wallet address or manually withdraw the recovered funds.
Why does the cancellation button mention USDC?
When the cancellation and recovery process is completed, the recovered value is automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG.
You do not need to manually convert the USDC into USDG.
Do I keep my $ZED cashback?
Cashback is awarded at confirmation and does not require the cash-out to settle. Because the protocol fee is not refunded after cancellation, the related $ZED cashback also remains available.
Your cashback equals 5% of the protocol fee.
To claim it:
- Open the Cashback tab.
- Review your available ZED balance.
- Select Claim.
- Wait for the ZED sent confirmation.
The claimed ZED is sent directly to your Para wallet.
Does Zedkr’s gas coverage affect the refund?
Gas coverage is separate from the protocol fee, Relay fee and Uniswap conversion effects. Those costs remain applicable and are not refunded after cancellation.
A transfer from another wallet into your Para wallet is also separate from the Zedkr Cash transaction. Any network fee charged by the sending wallet is not included in the cash-out or recoverable through Zedkr Cash.
Can I avoid the fees by canceling immediately?
Canceling the order does not reverse completed blockchain transactions or restore the original asset.
If you do not want to accept the fees or estimated payout, close the confirmation screen without completing Slide to confirm.
Where can I review the fees before confirming?
- Amount being sold
- Conversion
- Relay fee, displayed as Bridge (Relay)
- Protocol fee
- Total fees
- Net USDC
- Market rate
- Approximate fiat payout
- Estimated $ZED cashback
Review the complete quote before authorizing the transaction.
You are not required to accept the quote. If the costs or estimated payout are not acceptable, close the confirmation screen without completing Slide to confirm.
When can I cancel an order?
Open the History tab and select the cash-out. If the order is eligible, you will see Cancel or Cancel & withdraw USDC.
Cancellation is temporarily unavailable while the order displays Buyer matched — awaiting fiat because a buyer’s payment is in progress.
If the buyer’s payment window expires without settlement, check the order again to see whether cancellation has become available.
A settled order cannot be canceled.
What if the recovered amount looks incorrect?
- The original amount sold
- Total fees
- Net USDC
- The completed conversion
- The cash-out status
- The recovered USDG balance
- The Deposit ID
If the cancellation is complete but the recovered amount appears incorrect, open chat support and send us a message with:
- Your Deposit ID
- Your public Para wallet address
- The asset and amount you sold
- The original fee breakdown
- The recovered USDG amount
- The current order status
- Relevant transaction information
- A screenshot of the order details, if available
Zedkr Support can review the order and coordinate with the relevant service provider when necessary.
Never send your password, wallet recovery credentials, private keys or email verification codes to anyone.
