What do the order statuses mean?
Awaiting-buyer
Awaiting-buyer means the Peer deposit has been created and is waiting for an eligible buyer.
The confirmation screen may display this as the initial payout status.
Processing
Processing means the cash-out remains active while Peer moves it through the buyer-matching process.
The expected fiat payout remains approximate until a buyer fills the order.
Buyer matched — awaiting fiat
Buyer matched — awaiting fiat means that a buyer has accepted the order and Peer is waiting for the buyer to send the required fiat payment.
Cancellation is temporarily unavailable while the buyer’s payment window is active.
If the payment window expires without settlement, the order status will update. Check the order details again to see whether matching continues or cancellation has become available.
Settled
Settled means the order has been completed. Peer has verified the required fiat payment and released the escrowed USDC to the buyer.
The correct fiat payment should also appear in your Monzo, Zelle, Chime or Revolut account.
What do the colored indicators mean?
- Yellow: The cash-out is active or still being processed.
- Green: The cash-out has settled.
How do I refresh an order status?
Status updates may not appear immediately after a buyer accepts an order, sends a payment or completes settlement. Wait briefly and refresh the page again before contacting support.
Do not create a duplicate cash-out only because an existing order has not yet updated.
How long should an active order take?
Timing depends on:
- Cash-out amount
- Payout app
- Payout currency
- Available Peer buyer liquidity
- How quickly a buyer accepts the order
- How quickly the buyer sends the fiat payment
- Payment verification time
The estimate displayed before you confirm the transaction reflects current conditions and may change.
How do I confirm that the cash-out is complete?
You should also check your selected payout app and confirm that:
- The payment was received.
- The amount is correct.
- The currency is correct.
Do not rely only on the status shown in Zedkr Cash. Confirm that the correct payment appears in your payout account.
Can I cancel an order from the History screen?
Cancellation is temporarily unavailable while the order displays Buyer matched — awaiting fiat.
If the buyer’s payment window expires without settlement, check the order again to see whether cancellation has become available.
After a successful cancellation:
- Recovered funds are automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG.
- Transaction fees are not refunded.
What if an order is missing from History?
- Confirm that you signed in to the correct Para wallet.
- Select Refresh on the History screen.
- Check whether the transaction was successfully confirmed.
- Look for the Deposit ID shown when the cash-out was created.
If the order still does not appear, open Zedkr Cash chat support and send us a message.
Where does the order history come from?
Zedkr does not store your cash-out history on its servers, and the history is not stored locally on your device.
When should I contact support?
