The status of a cash-out order shows where it is in the Peer settlement process.

You can view your active and completed orders from the History tab in Zedkr Cash. Select an order to see its status, payout method, currency, amount and Deposit ID.

Where can I find my order status?

To check an order:

  1. Open Zedkr Cash.
  2. Sign in to your Para wallet.
  3. Select History from the navigation menu.
  4. Find the cash-out you want to review.
  5. Select the order to open Cash out details.

The order details screen displays:

  • Current status
  • Expected payout amount
  • USDC deposited
  • Payout method
  • Currency
  • Date
  • Deposit ID

Select Refresh if you believe the order status has recently changed.

Order created

After you confirm a cash-out and the blockchain transactions are completed, Zedkr Cash displays a confirmation screen.

This screen shows:

  • The amount of USDC sent
  • Your Deposit ID
  • The initial payout status

The initial payout status may appear as awaiting-buyer.

Awaiting-buyer

Awaiting-buyer means that the Peer deposit has been created and is waiting for an eligible buyer.

At this stage:

  • Your Base USDC has been deposited into Peer’s non-custodial escrow.
  • Peer is looking for a buyer who can complete the required fiat payment.
  • A fiat payment has not yet been verified.
  • Your order may still be eligible for cancellation.

The amount of time spent waiting for a buyer depends on the payout method, currency, cash-out amount and available Peer liquidity.

Processing

Processing means that the cash-out order is active and Peer is working to move it through the buyer-matching process.

The confirmation screen may show awaiting-buyer, while the History or order details screen displays Processing for the active order.

At this stage:

  • The cash-out has not been completed.
  • A buyer payment has not yet been verified.
  • The expected fiat payout remains approximate.
  • Cancellation may still be available if no buyer payment is currently in progress.

A processing status does not necessarily mean there is a problem. Matching time depends on the payout method, currency, cash-out amount and available Peer liquidity.

    Buyer matched — awaiting fiat

Buyer matched — awaiting fiat means that Peer has matched your cash-out order with a buyer and is waiting for the buyer to send the required fiat payment.

    At this stage:

    • A buyer has accepted the order.
    • The buyer has a limited period to send the correct amount and currency.
    • Peer is waiting to verify the fiat payment.
    • Cancellation is temporarily unavailable while the buyer’s payment window is active.
    • If the payment is verified, the order moves to Settled.
    • If the payment window expires, the order status will update and cancellation may become available again.

Do not assume the order is complete until it displays Settled and the correct payment appears in your payout account.

    Settled

Settled means the order has been completed. Peer has verified the required fiat payment and released the escrowed USDC to the buyer.

    When an order is settled:

    • The fiat payment should appear in your selected payout account.
    • The cash-out is complete.
    • The order can no longer be cancelled.
    • The completed order remains visible in your History.

$ZED cashback is earned when you accept the quote and successfully complete Slide to confirm, not when the order settles. If you have not already claimed it, check the Cashback tab.

Check your Monzo, Zelle, Chime or Revolut account to confirm that the expected payment was received.

What do the colored indicators mean?

The History screen may display a colored indicator next to each order:

    • Yellow: The cash-out is active or still being processed.
    • Green: The cash-out has settled.

Always open the order details and review the written status for the most accurate information.

How do I know whether an order can be cancelled?

If cancellation is available, the History screen may show Cancel, and the order details may show Cancel & withdraw USDC.

The presence of the cancellation button is the clearest indication that the order is eligible for cancellation.

When an order displays Buyer matched — awaiting fiat, cancellation is temporarily unavailable because a buyer payment is in progress.

If the buyer’s payment window expires without settlement, return to the order details and check whether cancellation is available again.

If the order settles, it can no longer be cancelled.

    After a successful cancellation:

    • The active cash-out order ends.
    • Recovered funds are automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG.
    • Transaction fees are not refunded.
    • You keep the $ZED cashback earned when you accepted and confirmed the cash-out.

Why has my order status not changed?

Cash-outs take approximately 24 hours on average, but this is not guaranteed.

    Completion time depends on:

    • Cash-out amount
    • Payout app
    • Payout currency
    • Available Peer liquidity
    • How quickly an eligible buyer accepts the order
    • How quickly the buyer completes the fiat payment

The estimated completion time displayed in your quote is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.
If the order remains within its estimated timeframe, it may still be progressing normally.

What happens if the buyer sends an incorrect payment?

Peer must verify the correct amount and currency before the cash-out can be settled.

If the buyer sends the wrong amount or currency, the order may remain open until the correct payment is verified.

Do not assume an order is complete until:

    • The order displays Settled.
    • The correct fiat payment appears in your payout account.

Use Zedkr Cash chat support if the payment is incorrect, missing or significantly delayed.
