You can cancel a Zedkr Cash order only while the cancellation option is available.

Cancellation may be available while an order is waiting for a buyer. It is temporarily unavailable while a matched buyer’s fiat payment is in progress, and a settled order cannot be canceled.

After a successful cancellation, recovered funds are automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG.

How do I cancel a cash-out order?

To cancel an eligible order:

  1. Sign in to Zedkr Cash using the email address associated with your Para wallet.
  2. Open the History tab.
  3. Select the cash-out order you want to cancel.
  4. Review the order status and Deposit ID.
  5. Select Cancel or Cancel & withdraw USDC, depending on where you are viewing the order.
  6. Follow the displayed instructions to complete the cancellation.
  7. Wait for the recovered USDG to appear in your Para wallet.

Do not close the page or repeatedly select the cancellation button while the request is being processed.

When is cancellation available?

Cancellation is available only when the order is eligible and the cancellation button appears.

An order may initially display:

  • awaiting-buyer
  • Processing

During these stages, the system is looking for an eligible buyer. If cancellation is available, you will see Cancel or Cancel & withdraw USDC.

The status alone does not guarantee that cancellation is available. Always check the order details for the cancellation button.

Why is cancellation unavailable after a buyer is matched?

When a buyer accepts the order, the status changes to Buyer matched — awaiting fiat.

The matched buyer then has a limited payment window to send the correct fiat amount and currency to your payout account.

Cancellation is temporarily unavailable during this stage because the buyer’s payment is in progress. This prevents the order from being canceled while the buyer may be sending fiat.

If the buyer’s payment window expires without settlement, the order status will update. Check the order details again to see whether the order continues matching or cancellation has become available.

Can I cancel a settled order?

No. An order displaying Settled has been completed and cannot be canceled.

A settled order means:

  • The buyer sent the fiat payment.
  • Peer verified the payment.
  • The escrowed USDC was released to the buyer.
  • The cash-out process was completed.

Confirm that the correct fiat amount and currency appear in your payout account.

If the order displays Settled but the payment is missing or incorrect, open chat support and send us a message.

What happens after I cancel?

After a successful cancellation:

  • The order stops progressing toward settlement.
  • Funds are withdrawn from Peer’s non-custodial escrow.
  • Recovered funds are automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG.
  • Transaction fees are not refunded.
  • Any $ZED cashback earned when you confirmed the cash-out remains available.

The recovered funds do not return as the asset you originally sold because the asset was already converted during the cash-out process.

For example, if you originally sold ETH, CASHCAT or LOCK, the recovered funds will still return as USDG.

Why does the button say Cancel & withdraw USDC if I receive USDG?

The Cancel & withdraw USDC button begins the fund recovery process from Peer’s escrow.

The recovered value is automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG. You do not need to manually convert the recovered USDC or provide another wallet address.

Make sure you remain signed in through the Para wallet associated with the cash-out.

Where can I find the recovered USDG?

Open the Wallet tab and review your Para wallet balance or portfolio.

The recovered USDG should appear in the same Para wallet that authorized the original cash-out.

If the cancellation is complete but the recovered USDG does not appear:

  1. Confirm that you are signed in with the correct email address.
  2. Check that you are viewing the correct Para wallet.
  3. Refresh your wallet balance.
  4. Review the cash-out from the History tab.
  5. Copy the Deposit ID.
  6. Open chat support and send us a message.

Do not create another cancellation request if the first request is still being processed.

Are fees refunded after cancellation?

No. Transaction fees are not refunded after you confirm a cash-out.

The cash-out process may already have completed the asset conversion, Relay routing and deposit into Peer’s escrow before you request cancellation.

The recovered amount may therefore be lower than the value of the asset you originally sold because:

  • The protocol fee is not refunded.
  • The Relay fee is not refunded.
  • Completed conversion costs are not reversed.
  • Price impact or slippage from the original conversion cannot be reversed.

The amount returned to your Para wallet is the recoverable amount remaining after the completed transaction steps and applicable costs.

Do I keep my $ZED cashback after cancellation?

Yes. You keep the $ZED cashback earned when you accepted the quote and successfully completed Slide to confirm.

Cashback is awarded at confirmation and does not require the cash-out to settle. Because the protocol fee is not refunded, the related $ZED cashback also remains available if the order is later canceled.

To claim it:

  1. Open the Cashback tab.
  2. Review your available ZED balance.
  3. Select Claim.
  4. Wait for the ZED sent confirmation.

The claimed ZED is sent directly to your Para wallet.

Can I cancel if my payout details are incorrect?

If you notice incorrect payout information after confirming, open the History tab and check whether cancellation is available.

If Cancel or Cancel & withdraw USDC appears, cancel the order before a buyer begins the fiat payment.

If the order displays Buyer matched — awaiting fiat, cancellation is temporarily unavailable. Open chat support and send us a message immediately.

Do not assume that incorrect payout details will automatically stop the payment. A buyer uses the payout information connected to the order to send the fiat payment.

Can Zedkr Support cancel an order for me?

Cancellation depends on the order’s current status and whether the fund recovery option is available.

Zedkr Support cannot reverse a settled order or cancel an order while a matched buyer’s fiat payment is in progress.

Support can help you:

  • Locate the order
  • Review its current status
  • Determine whether cancellation is available
  • Check whether a buyer’s payment window has expired
  • Coordinate an unresolved order with Peer
  • Investigate recovered funds that have not appeared in your Para wallet

What should I include when contacting support?

Open Zedkr Cash chat support and send us:

  • Your Deposit ID
  • Your public Para wallet address
  • The current order status
  • The asset and amount you sold
  • Your payout app
  • The expected payout amount and currency
  • A description of the problem
  • Relevant transaction information
  • A screenshot of the order details, if available

Never send your password, payout account password, wallet recovery credentials, private keys or email verification codes. Zedkr Support will never ask for them.
