Last Update a month ago
Zedkr can see your public Para wallet address and display the public blockchain activity and cash-out information needed to operate the interface.
Zedkr does not see or store your payout username, tag, email address or phone number. Your payout details are sent to Peer so a matched buyer can complete the fiat payment.
What information can Zedkr see?
The Zedkr Cash interface can also display information associated with a cash-out, including:
- Asset and amount sold
- Approximate fiat payout
- Payout app
- Payout currency
- Total fees
- Net USDC
- Current order status
- Date
- Deposit ID
- Public blockchain transaction information
Cash-out order information is retrieved from Peer when it is displayed in Zedkr Cash.
What payout information can Zedkr see?
For example, the order details may show:
- Revolut
- EUR
- Expected payout amount
- Current status
Zedkr does not see or store the specific payout identifier you entered, such as:
- ChimeSign
- Monzo.me username
- Revtag
- Zelle email address
- Zelle phone number
These details are sent to Peer so the matched buyer can send the fiat payment to the correct account.
Does Zedkr store my cash-out history?
When you open the History tab, the cash-out information is retrieved from Peer and displayed in Zedkr Cash.
The history may include:
- Cash-out amount
- Payout app
- Payout currency
- Date
- Current status
- Deposit ID
- USDC deposited
- Expected or completed fiat payout
Zedkr provides the interface used to view this information but does not maintain a separate stored copy of your cash-out history.
Is blockchain information private?
Anyone using a blockchain explorer may be able to view public information such as:
- Wallet addresses
- Token transfers
- Transaction amounts
- Smart-contract interactions
- Transaction hashes
- Transaction status
- Date and time of a transaction
Zedkr does not control or remove information recorded on a public blockchain.
Your public wallet address is not the same as your private signing information. Sharing a public wallet address does not give someone permission to move your funds.
Does Zedkr have access to my private keys?
Para uses a 2-of-2 multiparty computation signing model.
Signing is completed jointly without assembling a complete private key in one place. Neither Zedkr nor Para can independently sign a transaction from your wallet.
Zedkr cannot:
- Move assets from your wallet
- Approve a cash-out for you
- Sign a transaction independently
- Recover or provide your private keys
- Enter an email verification code for you
- Take control of your Para wallet
Does Zedkr see my Para email verification code?
Never share the code with:
- Zedkr Support
- Para Support
- A payout buyer
- Someone contacting you through social media
- Anyone claiming that the code is required to complete a cash-out
Zedkr Support will never ask for your email verification code.
What information does Para handle?
Para handles the wallet functions required to:
- Create or access your wallet
- Authenticate your wallet session
- Display your wallet balance
- Authorize blockchain transactions
- Receive recovered USDG
- Receive claimed ZED
- Send assets to another wallet
Zedkr cannot independently access or control your Para wallet.
What information does Peer handle?
This may include:
- Deposit ID
- USDC deposited
- Payout app
- Payout currency
- Expected fiat amount
- Payout username, tag, email address or phone number
- Order status
- Settlement information
Peer uses the payout details to provide the matched buyer with the information needed to complete the fiat payment.
Zedkr retrieves the relevant order information from Peer when displaying your cash-out history and status.
What information appears onchain?
- Your public Para wallet address
- Token approvals or authorizations
- Asset transfers
- Uniswap conversion activity
- Relay routing activity
- Base USDC deposit activity
- Transaction hashes
- Smart-contract addresses
Payout usernames, tags, email addresses and phone numbers are not included as public blockchain transaction data.
Does Zedkr receive my fiat payment?
Zedkr does not:
- Receive the fiat payment
- Hold the fiat payment
- Forward the fiat payment
- Control the payout account
- Access your payout account balance
- Access your payout account password
Peer verifies the buyer’s fiat payment before releasing the escrowed USDC.
Does Zedkr receive my cryptocurrency?
During a cash-out:
- Your selected asset begins in your Para wallet.
- You authorize the required transaction.
- Uniswap converts the asset.
- Relay routes the conversion output into Base USDC.
- The USDC enters Peer’s non-custodial escrow.
- Peer releases the USDC to the buyer after verifying the fiat payment.
Funds are not sent to a wallet or account controlled by Zedkr.
