Yes. Zedkr Cash is non-custodial.

Zedkr provides the interface that coordinates Para, Uniswap, Relay and Peer, but it never receives, holds or controls your cryptocurrency or fiat funds.

Your supported assets begin in your Para wallet. You must authorize the cash-out before the asset can be converted and routed into Peer’s non-custodial escrow.

The matched buyer sends fiat directly to your selected payout account.
What does non-custodial mean?
A non-custodial service does not take control of your wallet or hold your funds in a company-controlled account.

With Zedkr Cash:

  • Your assets begin in your Para wallet.
  • You authorize the required blockchain actions.
  • Funds are not sent to a wallet controlled by Zedkr.
  • Zedkr cannot independently sign transactions from your wallet.
  • Zedkr does not receive the buyer’s fiat payment.
  • Zedkr cannot withdraw funds from your wallet on your behalf.

Zedkr coordinates the cash-out process without becoming the custodian of your crypto or fiat funds.

Where are my assets before I cash out?

Before you authorize a cash-out, your supported assets remain in your Para wallet.

Zedkr Cash currently supports:

  • ETH
  • USDG
  • CASHCAT
  • LOCK

These assets must be held on Robinhood Chain.

Zedkr cannot move or convert an asset from your wallet unless you approve the required transaction through Para.

How is Para used?

Para provides the embedded wallet used inside Zedkr Cash.

You use your Para wallet to:

  • Receive supported Robinhood Chain assets
  • View your wallet balance
  • Authorize a cash-out
  • Receive recovered USDG after an eligible cancellation
  • Receive claimed ZED
  • Send supported assets to another wallet

Zedkr does not control your Para wallet or have access to your private signing information.

How are wallet transactions authorized?

Para uses a 2-of-2 multiparty computation signing model.

Signing is completed jointly without assembling a complete private key in one place. Neither Zedkr nor Para can independently sign a transaction from your wallet.

You must approve the required actions before the cash-out can begin.

Depending on the selected asset and route, the transaction may require authorization to:

  • Use the selected asset
  • Convert the asset through Uniswap
  • Route the conversion output through Relay
  • Deposit Base USDC into Peer’s non-custodial escrow

What happens after I authorize the cash-out?

After you successfully complete Slide to confirm and authorize the required transaction:

  1. Uniswap converts the selected asset.
  2. Relay routes the conversion output into Base USDC.
  3. The USDC is deposited into Peer’s non-custodial escrow.
  4. The order enters the buyer-matching process.
  5. A matched buyer sends fiat directly to your payout account.
  6. Peer verifies the fiat payment.
  7. Peer releases the escrowed USDC to the buyer.
  8. The order changes to Settled.

Zedkr provides the interface used to start and monitor these steps, but it does not take custody of the funds.

Does Uniswap take custody of my funds?

Uniswap provides the onchain liquidity and smart-contract routing used to convert the selected asset.

The conversion is executed through blockchain transactions authorized by your Para wallet. Zedkr does not receive the asset before or after the conversion.

After the conversion, Relay handles the route into Base USDC for settlement.

What does Relay do?

Relay routes the conversion output from Robinhood Chain into Base USDC.

The cost of this routing service appears on the confirmation screen as Bridge (Relay).

Relay does not create a Zedkr-controlled account or balance for you. It handles the routing required to move the conversion output into the settlement process.

What does Peer do?

Peer provides the buyer-matching and non-custodial escrow system used for settlement.

Once Base USDC enters Peer’s escrow:

  • Peer looks for an eligible buyer.
  • The buyer receives the payout information connected to the order.
  • The buyer sends fiat directly to your payout account.
  • Peer verifies the fiat payment.
  • Peer releases the escrowed USDC to the buyer after verification.

Zedkr does not control Peer’s escrow or release the USDC.

Does Zedkr receive my cryptocurrency?

No. Your cryptocurrency is not deposited into a wallet or account controlled by Zedkr.

The asset moves from your Para wallet through the authorized conversion and routing process before entering Peer’s non-custodial escrow as Base USDC.

Zedkr cannot use, withdraw or transfer your wallet balance independently.

Does Zedkr receive my fiat payment?

No. The matched buyer sends fiat directly to the payout account you provided.

Depending on your selection, the payment is sent through:

  • Chime
  • Monzo
  • Revolut
  • Zelle

Zedkr does not receive, hold, forward or control the fiat payment.

Does Zedkr have my payout information?

Zedkr does not see or store your payout username, tag, email address or phone number.

Your payout details are sent to Peer so the matched buyer can complete the fiat payment.

If you contact Zedkr Support about a payout problem, you may voluntarily provide the relevant information so the support team can locate the order and coordinate with Peer.

Can Zedkr authorize a transaction for me?

No. Zedkr cannot independently authorize or sign a transaction from your Para wallet.

You must review the quote and approve the required actions through Para.

Zedkr Support also cannot:

  • Access your private signing information
  • Recover or provide private keys
  • Enter your email verification code
  • Transfer assets from your wallet
  • Approve a cash-out on your behalf

Can Zedkr reverse a transaction?

No. Zedkr cannot reverse a completed blockchain transaction or settled cash-out.

Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed. Always verify:

  • Asset
  • Amount
  • Wallet address
  • Blockchain network
  • Payout app
  • Payout information
  • Payout currency
  • Fees
  • Estimated fiat payout

Review all information before completing Slide to confirm.

What happens if I cancel?

If cancellation is available, open the cash-out from the History tab and select Cancel or Cancel & withdraw USDC.

After a successful cancellation:

  • Recovered funds are automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG.
  • Transaction fees are not refunded.
  • Completed conversion effects are not reversed.
  • The funds do not return as the asset you originally sold.
  • You keep the $ZED cashback earned when you completed Slide to confirm.

Cancellation is temporarily unavailable while the order displays Buyer matched — awaiting fiat because a buyer payment is in progress.

A settled order cannot be canceled.

Does non-custodial mean there are no risks?

No. Non-custodial does not mean risk-free.

Risks may include:

  • Blockchain transaction failures
  • Smart-contract risks
  • Conversion price changes
  • Token slippage
  • Limited liquidity
  • Routing failures or delays
  • Buyer-matching delays
  • Incorrect payout details
  • Incorrect or delayed fiat payments
  • Compromised email or wallet access
  • Third-party service interruptions

Review the quote, payout details and wallet authorization carefully before confirming a cash-out.

How can I protect my wallet?

To protect your Para wallet:

  • Secure the email account connected to it.
  • Use a strong and unique email password.
  • Enable available account security features.
  • Verify the Zedkr Cash website or application before signing in.
  • Review every wallet authorization.
  • Check wallet addresses and blockchain networks carefully.
  • Ignore unsolicited support messages.
  • Do not approve unfamiliar transactions.

Never share:

  • Passwords
  • Wallet recovery credentials
  • Private keys
  • Email verification codes
  • Authentication codes

Can Support access my funds?

No. Zedkr Support cannot access, move or recover funds by taking control of your wallet.

Support can help:

  • Locate an order
  • Review its current status
  • Investigate missing or incorrect payments
  • Check a cancellation or recovery problem
  • Coordinate with Peer, Para, Relay or another service provider
  • Explain the information shown in the application

Open chat support and send us a message if you need assistance.
