Para uses a 2-of-2 multiparty computation signing model to authorize wallet transactions without assembling a complete private key in one place.
Neither Zedkr nor Para can independently sign a transaction from your wallet. You must still protect the email account and authentication methods connected to your Para wallet.
What is multiparty computation?
With Para’s 2-of-2 MPC model:
- Two required signing contributions participate in the authorization.
- A complete private key is not assembled in one place during signing.
- Para cannot independently sign a transaction.
- Zedkr does not receive or control your private signing information.
- Zedkr cannot move funds from your wallet on your behalf.
This reduces the risk associated with storing one complete private key in a single location.
What does 2-of-2 mean?
One party cannot independently complete the signature.
For your Zedkr Cash wallet, this means:
- Para cannot independently authorize a transaction.
- Zedkr cannot independently authorize a transaction.
- Zedkr Support cannot move assets from your wallet.
- A cash-out cannot begin without your approval.
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving the transaction presented through your wallet.
Does Zedkr have my private key?
Zedkr cannot:
- Sign a transaction from your wallet
- Transfer your assets
- Approve a cash-out
- Withdraw funds from your wallet
- Recover or provide your private credentials
- Enter an email verification code for you
- Take control of your Para wallet
Zedkr provides the interface that coordinates Para, Uniswap, Relay and Peer without becoming the custodian of your wallet.
Can Para independently move my funds?
The required signing contributions must work together to complete an authorization.
You should still review every transaction carefully before approving it.
How do I access my Para wallet?
- Open Zedkr Cash.
- Select Sign in.
- Enter the email address associated with your Para wallet.
- Check your email for the verification code sent by Para.
- Enter the code in the login window.
- Confirm that the correct wallet balance appears.
Use the same email address whenever you return to your Para wallet.
How does email verification protect my wallet?
The code should be treated like a password.
Never share it with:
- Zedkr Support
- Para Support
- A payout buyer
- Someone contacting you through social media
- Anyone claiming that the code is required to complete a cash-out
- Anyone asking to verify or unlock your wallet
Zedkr Support will never ask for your email verification code.
What if I do not receive the verification code?
- Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Wait briefly for the email to arrive.
- Select Send new code if the option is available.
- Make sure you are checking the email account associated with the wallet.
- Avoid requesting multiple codes in rapid succession.
Use only the most recent valid code.
Never send the code to Support or another person.
How does Para authorize a cash-out?
- You select a supported asset and amount.
- Zedkr Cash prepares a quote.
- You review the fees, rate, payout details and estimated payout.
- You complete Slide to confirm.
- Para presents the required wallet authorization.
- You approve the transaction.
- The asset conversion and routing process begins.
Depending on the asset and route, the authorization may allow the transaction to:
- Use the selected asset
- Convert the asset through Uniswap
- Route the conversion output through Relay
- Deposit Base USDC into Peer’s non-custodial escrow
Do not authorize the transaction if any information is incorrect or unfamiliar.
What should I review before approving?
- Asset
- Amount being sold
- Payout app
- Payout username or tag
- Payout currency
- Total fees
- Conversion cost
- Relay fee
- Protocol fee
- Net USDC
- Market rate
- Approximate fiat payout
- Estimated completion time
- Estimated $ZED cashback
If anything is incorrect, close the confirmation screen without authorizing the cash-out.

- The amount is correct.
- The blockchain network is correct.
- The transaction is part of the cash-out you intended to create.

Does Para hold my funds?
Zedkr does not hold the assets in a company-controlled account.
During a cash-out:
- Your selected asset begins in your Para wallet.
- You authorize the transaction.
- Uniswap converts the asset.
- Relay routes the conversion output into Base USDC.
- The USDC enters Peer’s non-custodial escrow.
- A matched buyer sends fiat directly to your payout account.
- Peer verifies the payment and releases the USDC to the buyer.
