Last Update a month ago

Zedkr Cash uses a Para wallet to hold the Robinhood Chain assets you want to cash out and authorize the required transactions.

The wallet also receives recovered USDG after an eligible cancellation and holds any $ZED cashback you claim.

Zedkr does not control your Para wallet or have the ability to authorize transactions on your behalf.

What is a Para wallet?

Para provides the embedded wallet used inside Zedkr Cash.

You can use it to:

  • Receive supported Robinhood Chain assets
  • View your wallet balance and portfolio
  • Authorize a cash-out
  • Receive recovered USDG after an eligible cancellation
  • Claim and hold $ZED cashback
  • Send supported assets to another wallet

Your assets remain associated with your wallet until you authorize a transaction.

How do I create or access my Para wallet?

To create or access your wallet:

  1. Open Zedkr Cash.
  2. Select Sign in.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Check your email for the verification code sent by Para.
  5. Enter the code in the login window.

Use the email address associated with your Para wallet whenever you return to Zedkr Cash.

Never share your email verification code with anyone, including someone claiming to represent Zedkr Support.

How do I fund my Para wallet?

If your supported asset is held in another wallet:

  1. Open the Wallet tab in Zedkr Cash.
  2. Select Receive.
  3. Copy your Para wallet address or scan its QR code.
  4. Open the wallet containing your Robinhood Chain asset.
  5. Confirm that Robinhood Chain is selected.
  6. Send the amount you want to cash out to your Para wallet address.
  7. Wait for the balance to appear.

If the asset is already in your Para wallet, you can skip the funding step.

Always verify the wallet address, asset and network before sending. Blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed.

Which assets can I cash out from my Para wallet?

Zedkr Cash currently supports:

  • ETH
  • USDG
  • CASHCAT
  • LOCK

These assets must be held on Robinhood Chain.

Other assets may remain in your Para wallet but will not appear in the list of assets available to cash out.

ZED held in the wallet can be received, viewed or sent, but it is not currently listed as a supported Zedkr Cash cash-out asset.

How much do I need to fund?

You only need to send the amount you want to cash out to your Para wallet.

Applicable fees are deducted from the amount selected during the cash-out. You do not need to transfer additional ETH or another asset to cover gas for the Zedkr Cash transaction.

The minimum cash-out is $5 and the maximum is $5,000.

Does Zedkr cover the gas costs?

Zedkr covers the gas required for the cash-out transaction completed through Zedkr Cash.

You do not need to hold additional ETH or another native asset in your Para wallet for cash-out gas.

A transfer from another wallet into your Para wallet is a separate blockchain transaction. The sending wallet may require or charge its own network fee for that transfer.

How is the wallet used during a cash-out?

When you create a cash-out:

  1. You select a supported asset from your Para wallet.
  2. You enter the amount you want to sell.
  3. Zedkr Cash displays the estimated payout, fees, market rate and completion time.
  4. You review your payout details.
  5. You authorize the required transactions through Para.
  6. The asset conversion is routed through Uniswap.
  7. Relay routes the conversion output into Base USDC.
  8. The USDC is deposited into Peer’s non-custodial escrow.
  9. A matched buyer sends the fiat payment directly to your payout account.

Zedkr Cash guides you through the required authorizations in one process. Zedkr cannot authorize the transactions without your approval.

Does Zedkr receive my funds?

No. Funds are not sent to a wallet or contract controlled by Zedkr.

During the cash-out:

  • Your selected asset begins in your Para wallet.
  • You authorize the transaction.
  • Uniswap handles the asset conversion.
  • Relay handles the required routing.
  • Base USDC is deposited into Peer’s non-custodial escrow.
  • The buyer sends fiat directly to your payout account.

Zedkr provides the interface that coordinates these services but never receives, holds or controls your cryptocurrency or fiat funds.

What wallet information can Zedkr see?

Zedkr can see your public Para wallet address.

Public wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are visible onchain. Zedkr does not have access to your private signing information and cannot independently authorize a transaction from your wallet.

Zedkr does not see or store your payout username, tag, email address or phone number. That information is sent to Peer so the matched buyer can complete the fiat payment.

How is my Para wallet secured?

Para uses a 2-of-2 multiparty computation signing model.

Signing is completed jointly without assembling a complete private key in one place. Neither Zedkr nor Para can independently sign a transaction from your wallet.

You must still protect access to the email account and authentication methods connected to your Para wallet.

Never share:

  • Email verification codes
  • Wallet recovery credentials
  • Private keys
  • Passwords
  • Authentication codes

What happens to my wallet after I confirm?

After you authorize the cash-out, you can monitor the order from the History tab.

Your order may display:

  • Awaiting-buyer
  • Processing
  • Buyer matched — awaiting fiat
  • Settled

The fiat payment is sent directly to your selected payout account. It is not deposited into your Para wallet.

Where are recovered funds sent after cancellation?

If you successfully cancel an eligible cash-out, recovered funds are automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG while you are signed in through Para.

Transaction fees are not refunded.

You keep the $ZED cashback earned when you accepted and confirmed the cash-out. Cancelling the order does not remove or reverse the cashback.

Cancellation is temporarily unavailable while a matched buyer’s fiat payment is in progress. If the buyer’s payment window expires without settlement, check the order details to see whether cancellation is available again.

Where is $ZED cashback sent?

Every cash-out that is accepted and confirmed earns $ZED cashback equal to 5% of the protocol fee.

The cashback is awarded when you accept the quote and successfully complete Slide to confirm. You do not need to wait for the cash-out to settle.

To claim it:

  1. Open the Cashback tab.
  2. Review your available ZED balance.
  3. Select Claim.
  4. Wait for the ZED sent confirmation.

The claimed ZED is sent directly to your Para wallet and can be viewed in your portfolio.

If you later cancel the cash-out, the cashback remains yours because the protocol fee is not refunded.

What if I cannot access my Para wallet?

Confirm that you are signing in with the email address associated with the wallet.

If you still cannot access it, use the available Para account recovery options or send us a message through Zedkr Cash chat support.

Zedkr Support cannot sign transactions, recover private credentials or take control of your wallet. Never send passwords, verification codes, private keys or wallet recovery credentials through chat.
