What can Zedkr Cash Support help with?

Support can help investigate:

  • A cash-out that has not changed status
  • A cash-out that is past its estimated time
  • Missing or incorrect fiat payments
  • Payments received in the wrong currency
  • Incorrect payout details
  • Orders that cannot be canceled
  • Recovered USDG that has not appeared
  • Missing $ZED cashback
  • Problems claiming $ZED cashback
  • Para wallet access questions
  • Wallet balances that do not appear correctly
  • Failed or incomplete wallet authorizations
  • Questions about fees, rates or limits
  • Questions about supported assets, payout apps or currencies

Support may coordinate with Peer, Para, Relay or another service provider when the issue involves their part of the transaction.

What should I include for a cash-out problem?

Include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Deposit ID
  • Public Para wallet address
  • Current order status
  • Asset and amount sold
  • Payout app
  • Payout currency
  • Expected fiat amount
  • Amount and currency received, if any
  • Date and approximate time of the cash-out
  • Relevant transaction information
  • A clear description of the problem
  • A screenshot of the order details, if available

You can find the Deposit ID by opening the affected order from the History tab.

What should I include for a fiat payment problem?

If your payment is missing, delayed or incorrect, include:

  • Deposit ID
  • Current order status
  • Payout app
  • Expected payout amount
  • Expected currency
  • Amount and currency received, if any
  • Date and approximate time the payment appeared
  • Whether the payment is pending or completed in your payout app
  • A screenshot of the payment, if available

You may voluntarily provide your payout username, tag, email address or phone number if it is needed to locate the affected order and coordinate with Peer.

Redact unrelated personal or financial information from screenshots before sending them.

What should I include for a wallet problem?

For a Para wallet or blockchain transaction problem, include:

  • Public Para wallet address
  • Asset involved
  • Amount involved
  • Selected blockchain network
  • Relevant transaction hash
  • Date and approximate time of the transaction
  • Whether the balance changed
  • Whether a Deposit ID was created
  • A screenshot of the error, if available

Only send your public wallet address. Never send private signing or recovery information.

What should I include for a cancellation or recovery problem?

Include:

  • Deposit ID
  • Public Para wallet address
  • Current order status
  • Date of the cancellation request
  • Asset and amount originally sold
  • Original net USDC amount
  • Recovered USDG amount, if any
  • Whether Cancel or Cancel & withdraw USDC appeared
  • A screenshot of the order details, if available

Cancellation is temporarily unavailable while an order displays Buyer matched — awaiting fiat because a buyer payment is in progress.

A settled order cannot be canceled.

What should I include for a cashback problem?

Include:

  • Public Para wallet address
  • Deposit ID for the related cash-out
  • Protocol fee shown in the quote
  • Expected $ZED cashback
  • Available ZED balance shown in the Cashback tab
  • Whether you selected Claim
  • Whether the ZED sent confirmation appeared
  • Relevant transaction information
  • A screenshot, if available

$ZED cashback is earned when you accept the quote and successfully complete Slide to confirm. You keep the cashback even if the cash-out is later canceled.

What can Zedkr Cash Support not do?

Zedkr Cash Support cannot:

  • Sign a transaction from your Para wallet
  • Authorize a cash-out for you
  • Take control of your wallet
  • Access your private signing information
  • Recover or provide your private keys
  • Request an email verification code on your behalf
  • Reverse a completed blockchain transaction
  • Cancel a settled cash-out
  • Directly send or replace a buyer’s fiat payment
  • Guarantee when a buyer will accept an order
  • Guarantee a specific exchange rate or settlement time

Zedkr provides the interface that coordinates the cash-out process but never receives, holds or controls your cryptocurrency or fiat funds.

Does Zedkr have my payout information?

Zedkr does not see or store your payout username, tag, email address or phone number.

Your payout details are sent to Peer so the matched buyer can complete the fiat payment.

If you contact Zedkr Support about a payout problem, you may voluntarily provide the relevant details so the support team can locate the order and coordinate with Peer.

Will Support ask me to send funds?

No. Zedkr Cash Support will never ask you to:

  • Transfer funds to a support wallet
  • Pay a fee to unlock your account
  • Pay a fee to release recovered funds
  • Send cryptocurrency to verify your identity
  • Share your payout account password
  • Share your wallet recovery credentials
  • Share your private keys
  • Share your email verification codes
  • Approve an unrelated wallet transaction

Do not follow payment or wallet instructions sent through unofficial social media messages, direct messages or impersonation accounts.

Is it safe to send screenshots?

You may send a screenshot if it helps explain the problem, but review it carefully first.

Redact information that is not required for the investigation, including:

  • Account balances unrelated to the cash-out
  • Bank account numbers
  • Card numbers
  • Home address
  • Government identification numbers
  • Unrelated transactions
  • Personal messages
  • Login information
  • Verification codes

Do not redact the Deposit ID, order status, relevant amount or currency if those details are needed to investigate the issue.

What if I cannot access my Para wallet?

Confirm that you are using the email address associated with your Para wallet.

If you still cannot access it:

  1. Use the available Para account recovery options.
  2. Open Zedkr Cash chat support.
  3. Explain that you cannot access the wallet.
  4. Provide your public wallet address, if available.
  5. Include any relevant error message or screenshot.

Zedkr Support cannot recover private credentials, provide verification codes or take control of your wallet.

What if the chat support window does not open?

If the chat support window does not load:

  1. Refresh Zedkr Cash.
  2. Reopen the application or browser page.
  3. Confirm that your internet connection is working.
  4. Try opening chat support again.
  5. Take a screenshot of any error message.

Do not repeatedly authorize a transaction or create another cash-out while an existing order may still be active. Check the History tab first.

How can I help Support resolve the issue faster?

Send one clear message containing:

  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • When the problem occurred
  • The current order status
  • The Deposit ID
  • The relevant amounts and currencies
  • Any error message
  • A screenshot, when helpful

Avoid sending repeated messages containing the same information. If the situation changes, send an update with the new status or payment information.

What information should I never share?

Never share:

  • Passwords
  • Payout account passwords
  • Wallet recovery credentials
  • Private keys
  • Email verification codes
  • Authentication codes
  • Complete payment card numbers
  • Unrelated financial information

Zedkr Support will never ask for these details.
