Zedkr provides the interface for the transaction. Your Para wallet, Relay and Peer handle the different stages of conversion, routing and settlement. Zedkr never receives, holds or controls your funds.
Video guide
Before you begin
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your selected payout app is available in your region.
- You have access to a supported Monzo, Zelle, Chime or Revolut account.
- You hold ETH, USDG, CASHCAT or LOCK on Robinhood Chain in another wallet, or already have the asset in your Para wallet.
- You know the correct username, payment tag or Revtag for your payout account.
- The value you want to cash out is between $5 and $5,000.
1. Sign in to your Para wallet
Enter your email address in the Para sign-up or login window. Para will send a verification code to that email address. Enter the code to create or access your wallet.
Always use an email address you can access. Never share your verification code with anyone, including someone claiming to represent Zedkr Support.
2. Fund your Para wallet
- Open the Wallet tab in Zedkr Cash.
- Select Receive.
- Copy your Para wallet address or scan its QR code.
- Open the wallet containing your Robinhood Chain asset.
- Send the asset to your Para wallet address using Robinhood Chain.
- Wait for the asset to appear in your Zedkr Cash wallet balance.
Only transfer the amount you want to cash out. Applicable fees are deducted from the amount selected during the cash-out, and Zedkr covers the required gas costs. You do not need to fund your Para wallet separately for gas.
Only send ETH, USDG, CASHCAT or LOCK using Robinhood Chain. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network may result in lost funds.
3. Start your cash-out
Choose the payout app where you want to receive your fiat payment:
- Chime
- Monzo
- Revolut
- Zelle
4. Enter your payout details
- Chime: Enter your ChimeSign, including the $ symbol. For example, $andrew.
- Monzo: Enter your Monzo.me username exactly as it appears in your Monzo account.
- Revolut: Enter your Revtag exactly as it appears in the Revolut app.
- Zelle: Enter the email address or US phone number enrolled with your Zelle account.
Your payout information is sent to Peer so the buyer can complete the payment. Zedkr does not see or store this information.
5. Choose your payout currency
Supported currencies include:
- Chime: USD
- Monzo: GBP
- Zelle: USD
- Revolut: AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, MXN, NZD, SGD, TRY, USD and ZAR
6. Choose the asset to sell
Zedkr Cash currently supports:
- ETH
- USDG
- CASHCAT
- LOCK
Stablecoins and assets with greater liquidity will generally have lower conversion costs and less slippage than tokens with limited liquidity.
7. Enter the amount
The minimum cash-out is $5 and the maximum is $5,000.
Select Continue after entering the amount.
8. Review your quote
Review all the information on the confirmation screen:
- Asset and amount being sold
- Total fees
- Net USDC deposited into Peer
- Payout method
- Payout username or tag
- Payout currency
- Conversion cost
- Relay fee
- Protocol fee
- Estimated $ZED cashback
- Market rate
- Estimated completion time
- Approximate fiat amount you will receive
For cash-outs from $5 through $20, the protocol fee is $1 plus the Relay fee.
For cash-outs above $20, the protocol fee is 3.9% plus the Relay fee.
Conversion costs and token slippage may also apply. Slippage on a token with limited liquidity can reach 15%, and the total customer fee can reach 20% in extreme cases. Using stablecoins or highly liquid assets can help reduce these costs.
All applicable costs are displayed before you confirm the transaction.
Quotes reflect live market conditions. The fiat amount shown remains approximate until a buyer fills the order.
9. Confirm the transaction
Zedkr Cash guides you through the required wallet authorizations in one process. You only need to authorize the transaction. Zedkr covers the required gas costs for the cash-out, so you do not need to hold additional ETH or another native asset for gas.
Do not confirm the order if the payout username, currency or expected amount is incorrect.
10. Wait for the order to be created
- The amount of USDC sent
- Your Deposit ID
- The current payout status
What happens after confirmation?
- The asset conversion is routed through Uniswap.
- Relay routes the conversion output into Base USDC.
- The USDC is deposited into Peer’s non-custodial escrow.
- The order enters the buyer-matching process and may display awaiting-buyer or Processing.
- Once an eligible buyer accepts the order, the status changes to Buyer matched — awaiting fiat.
- The buyer sends the required fiat payment directly to your selected payout account.
- Peer verifies the payment and releases the escrowed USDC to the buyer.
- The cash-out order is marked as Settled.
11. Track your cash-out
Select an order to see its details, including:
- Current order status
- Expected payout amount
- USDC deposited
- Payout method
- Currency
- Date
- Deposit ID
- Awaiting-buyer: The Peer deposit has been created and is waiting for an eligible buyer.
- Processing: The cash-out remains active while Peer moves it through the buyer-matching process.
- Buyer matched — awaiting fiat: A buyer has accepted the order, and Peer is waiting for the buyer’s fiat payment.
- Settled: Peer has verified the payment and completed the order.
12. Receive your fiat payment
After the payment has been verified, the order will display Settled in your Zedkr Cash history. You should also see the payment in your Monzo, Zelle, Chime or Revolut account.
The final settled amount may differ slightly from the original estimate because quotes and exchange rates reflect live market conditions.
13. Claim your $ZED cashback
The cashback is awarded when you accept the quote and successfully complete Slide to confirm. You do not need to wait for the cash-out to settle.
To claim it:
- Open the Cashback tab.
- Review your available ZED balance.
- Select Claim.
- Wait for the ZED sent confirmation.
- Open your wallet portfolio to view the claimed ZED.
The cashback is sent directly to your Para wallet.
If you later cancel the cash-out, the cashback remains yours because the protocol fee is not refunded.
Cancelling an order
To cancel an eligible order:
- Open the History tab.
- Select the cash-out order.
- Select Cancel & withdraw USDC.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Cancellation is temporarily unavailable while a matched buyer’s payment is in progress. If the buyer’s payment window expires without settlement, return to the order details and check whether cancellation is available again.
A settled order cannot be cancelled.
Recovered funds are automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG while you are signed in through Para. Transaction fees are not refunded.
You keep the $ZED cashback earned when you accepted and confirmed the cash-out. Cancelling the order does not remove or reverse the cashback.
