Zedkr Support
Last Update 2 months ago
The asset must be held in your Para wallet before you can select it for a cash-out. You can fund your Para wallet from another wallet or use an asset that is already available in your Para wallet balance.
Supported assets
- ETH
- USDG
- CASHCAT
- LOCK
Why must the asset be on Robinhood Chain?
If your asset is held on another network, it will not appear as an
available asset in the Zedkr Cash selection screen. Do not send an asset from another network unless the app clearly confirms that network is supported.
How do I fund my Para wallet?
- Sign in to Zedkr Cash.
- Open the Wallet tab.
- Select Receive.
- Copy your Para wallet address or scan its QR code.
- Open the wallet containing your Robinhood Chain asset.
- Confirm that Robinhood Chain is selected.
- Send the amount you want to cash out to your Para wallet address.
- Wait for the balance to appear in Zedkr Cash.
Always check the wallet address, asset and network before sending. Blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed.
How much should I send to my Para wallet?
Applicable cash-out fees are deducted from the amount you select, and Zedkr covers the gas required for the Zedkr Cash transaction. You do not need to add extra ETH or another native asset to your Para wallet for cash-out gas.
The minimum cash-out is $5 and the maximum is $5,000.
Are funding transaction fees covered?
A transfer from another wallet into your Para wallet is a separate blockchain transaction. The wallet used to send the asset may charge or require its own network fee. That external funding fee is not part of the Zedkr Cash quote.
How do I select an asset?
Each available asset shows its balance and approximate value. Select the asset you want to sell, enter the amount and continue to the confirmation screen.
An asset with no available balance cannot be selected for a cash-out.
Why is an asset in my wallet not available?
Other assets may remain in your Para wallet but will not appear in the list of assets available to sell. Holding an asset in the wallet does not automatically mean it is supported by Zedkr Cash.
Support may also depend on the asset’s network and contract address, not only its name or ticker symbol.
How are supported assets converted?
Relay then handles the routing required to deliver the conversion output as Base USDC for the Peer deposit. Peer uses the stablecoin deposit to coordinate settlement between you and the buyer.
Zedkr Cash settles through stablecoins even when the asset you select is not a stablecoin.
Does the selected asset affect the fees?
- $5 through $20: $1 protocol fee plus the Relay fee
- Above $20: 3.9% protocol fee plus the Relay fee
An asset with limited liquidity may receive a less favorable Uniswap quote than a stablecoin or highly liquid token. Token slippage can reach 15% in some cases, and the total customer fee can reach 20% in extreme market conditions.
All available fees, conversion costs and expected payout amounts are displayed before you confirm the cash-out.
Which asset should I use?
However, liquidity and market conditions can change. Always review the live quote and expected fiat payout before confirming.
You are never required to accept a quote. If the conversion cost or expected payout is not acceptable, close the confirmation screen without completing the transaction.
Will Zedkr Cash add more assets?
Always use the asset list displayed inside Zedkr Cash as the current source of truth before transferring funds or starting a cash-out.
