Last Update a month ago

If your fiat payment is incorrect, missing or delayed, first check the cash-out order in the History tab.

The current order status will help you determine whether the payment is still being processed, whether a buyer is sending fiat or whether the order has already been settled.

Zedkr does not send the fiat payment. A matched Peer buyer sends fiat directly to the payout account you provided.

How do I check my cash-out?

To review the order:

  1. Sign in to Zedkr Cash.
  2. Open the History tab.
  3. Select the affected cash-out.
  4. Review the current status.
  5. Confirm the payout app and currency.
  6. Compare the expected payout with the amount received.
  7. Copy the Deposit ID if you need support.
  8. Select Refresh to check for a recent status change.

The order details may display:

  • Expected payout amount
  • Current status
  • USDC deposited
  • Payout method
  • Currency
  • Date
  • Deposit ID

What do the order statuses mean for my payment?

awaiting-buyer

The order has entered Peer’s buyer-matching process, but an eligible buyer has not yet accepted it.

A fiat payment should not be expected yet.

Processing

The cash-out remains active and is still being processed or matched.

The order is not complete, and the fiat payment may not have been sent yet.

Buyer matched — awaiting fiat

A buyer has accepted the order and has a limited period to send the correct fiat amount and currency to your payout account.

Cancellation is temporarily unavailable while the buyer’s payment window is active.

If the buyer does not complete the correct payment before the window expires, the status will update. Check the order again to see whether it continues matching or cancellation has become available.

Settled

Peer has verified the fiat payment and released the escrowed USDC to the buyer.

The correct fiat amount and currency should appear in your payout account. If the order displays Settled but the payment is missing or incorrect, contact Zedkr Cash Support.

What should I check in my payout app?

Open the payout app selected for the cash-out and confirm:

  • You are signed in to the correct account.
  • The payout username, tag, email address or phone number belongs to that account.
  • You selected the correct currency.
  • The payment does not appear as pending.
  • The amount received matches the settled amount.
  • You are reviewing the correct account balance and transaction history.
  • The payment was not hidden by a transaction filter.

The payment may appear as a transfer from the matched buyer rather than from Zedkr.

What if the payment is delayed?

Zedkr Cash cash-outs take approximately 24 hours on average, but completion times are not guaranteed.

The actual time can depend on:

  • Cash-out amount
  • Selected payout app
  • Selected payout currency
  • Available Peer buyer liquidity
  • How quickly a buyer accepts the order
  • How quickly the buyer sends the fiat payment
  • How long payment verification takes

The estimate shown before confirmation may describe when buyer matching is expected to begin rather than when the entire cash-out will be settled.

Continue monitoring the order from the History tab. Contact support if the order is significantly past its estimate or has remained unchanged for an unusually long period.

What if the buyer sends the wrong amount?

Peer must verify the correct fiat amount before the order can settle.

If the buyer sends too little, too much or only part of the payment, Peer may be unable to verify the order. The cash-out may remain open while the issue is reviewed or until the correct payment is received.

Do not assume the order is complete unless:

  • The order displays Settled.
  • The correct amount appears in your payout account.
  • The payment was received in the correct currency.

Open chat support and send us a message if the received amount does not match the order.

What if the buyer sends the wrong currency?

Peer must also verify that the payment was sent in the currency selected for the cash-out.

If the buyer uses the wrong currency, the order may remain open because the payment does not match the order details.

When contacting support, provide:

  • The expected currency
  • The currency received
  • The expected amount
  • The amount received
  • The Deposit ID
  • The current order status

Do not convert, return or transfer the payment at the request of someone who contacts you outside official Zedkr Cash support.

What if I entered the wrong payout details?

Open the cash-out from the History tab immediately.

If cancellation is available, select Cancel or Cancel & withdraw USDC and follow the displayed instructions.

Cancellation is temporarily unavailable while the order displays Buyer matched — awaiting fiat because a buyer payment is in progress.

If the buyer’s payment window expires without settlement, check the order again to see whether cancellation has become available.

If the order contains incorrect payout information and cannot be canceled, open chat support and send us a message immediately.

What happens if I cancel the order?

After a successful cancellation:

  • Recovered funds are automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG.
  • The funds do not return as the asset you originally sold.
  • Transaction fees are not refunded.
  • Completed conversion effects cannot be reversed.
  • You keep the $ZED cashback earned when you completed Slide to confirm.

A settled order cannot be canceled.

Can Zedkr send or replace the fiat payment?

Zedkr does not see or store your payout username, tag, email address or phone number.

Your payout details are sent to Peer so the matched buyer can complete the fiat payment.

If you contact Zedkr Support about a payout problem, you may voluntarily provide the relevant details so the support team can locate the order order and coordinate with Peer.

When should I contact support?

Open chat support and send us a message if:

  • The order is significantly past its estimated time.
  • The order status has not changed for an unusually long period.
  • The order displays Settled, but no fiat payment appears.
  • The received amount is incorrect.
  • The payment was sent in the wrong currency.
  • The payout details connected to the order are incorrect.
  • A payment appears in your payout account, but the order remains open.
  • You cannot cancel an eligible order.
  • Recovered USDG does not appear after a completed cancellation.

What should I include when contacting support?

Include:

  • Deposit ID
  • Public Para wallet address
  • Current order status
  • Payout app
  • Payout username, tag, email address or phone number
  • Expected payout amount
  • Expected currency
  • Amount and currency received, if any
  • Date and approximate time of the payment
  • Description of the problem
  • Relevant wallet or transaction information
  • A screenshot of the order or payment, if available

You may redact unrelated personal information from screenshots before sending them.

Zedkr Support can use the information you voluntarily provide to locate the order and coordinate with Peer.

Never send your payout account password, wallet recovery credentials, private keys or email verification codes. Zedkr Support will never ask for them.
