Zedkr Cash supports cash-outs with a value from $5 to $5,000.

These limits apply to the value of the asset you select before fees and conversion costs are deducted.

What is the minimum cash-out?

The minimum cash-out is $5.

You must select at least $5 worth of a supported Robinhood Chain asset before Zedkr Cash can prepare a quote.

Supported assets include:

  • ETH
  • USDG
  • CASHCAT
  • LOCK

What is the maximum cash-out?

The maximum cash-out is $5,000.

You cannot create a single Zedkr Cash order for more than $5,000.

The amount must also be available in your Para wallet.

Do the limits apply before or after fees?

The $5 minimum and $5,000 maximum apply to the value of the asset you choose to sell before fees are deducted.

Your final fiat payout will be lower after applicable costs are deducted.

These costs may include:

  • Protocol fee
  • Relay fee
  • Uniswap conversion cost
  • Token slippage

The confirmation screen displays the selected amount, total fees, net USDC deposited into Peer and approximate fiat payout.

How is the asset value calculated?

Zedkr Cash uses the live quote for the selected asset to estimate its USD value.

If you enter an amount of ETH, CASHCAT or LOCK, the interface displays its approximate USD value before you continue.

Asset prices and liquidity can change. If the value moves outside the supported range before confirmation, Zedkr Cash may need to prepare a new quote.

Can I use the percentage buttons?

Yes. After selecting an asset, you can use the available options to select:

  • 25%
  • 50%
  • 75%
  • Maximum available balance

The selected value must still fall between the $5 minimum and $5,000 maximum.

You can also enter the amount manually.

How do the fee tiers relate to the limits?

The protocol fee depends on the cash-out amount.

From $5 through $20

Cash-outs from $5.00 through $20.00 have a flat $1 protocol fee.

The Relay fee and any applicable Uniswap conversion cost or token slippage are added separately.

Above $20

Cash-outs above $20.00 have a 3.9% protocol fee.

The Relay fee and any applicable Uniswap conversion cost or token slippage are added separately.

A cash-out of exactly $20 uses the $1 flat protocol fee.

Does the minimum guarantee a specific fiat payout?

No. The $5 minimum refers to the value of the asset being sold before fees.

The fiat amount you receive is calculated after the protocol fee, Relay fee, conversion costs and slippage are deducted.

The final fiat payout also depends on the market rate for your selected currency.

Review the approximate payout before confirming a small cash-out, especially when the flat $1 protocol fee applies.

Does the maximum guarantee that the entire amount can be filled?

No. The $5,000 maximum is the largest amount allowed for one Zedkr Cash order, but completion still depends on available Peer liquidity.

Order availability and completion time may be affected by:

  • Cash-out amount
  • Payout app
  • Payout currency
  • Available buyers
  • Current liquidity
  • Buyer payment time

Zedkr Cash displays an estimated payout and completion time before you confirm.

Do payout apps have their own limits?

Chime, Monzo, Revolut and Zelle may apply their own account or payment limits.

Their limits are separate from the Zedkr Cash transaction limits. A payout provider may restrict the amount an account can receive based on its own terms, region or verification status.

Make sure your selected payout account can receive the expected amount and currency.

Do I need extra funds for gas?

No. You only need to fund your Para wallet with the amount you want to cash out.

Zedkr covers the gas required for the Zedkr Cash transaction. You do not need to add extra ETH or another native asset to your Para wallet for cash-out gas.

A transfer from another wallet into your Para wallet is separate. The sending wallet may require or charge its own network fee.

Does cashback reduce the transaction amount?

No. $ZED cashback is a reward based on the protocol fee.

Every cash-out that is accepted and confirmed earns $ZED cashback equal to 5% of the protocol fee. The cashback is awarded when you accept the quote and successfully complete Slide to confirm.

It does not increase the fiat payout or reduce the fees deducted from the selected cash-out amount.

The cashback remains yours if you later cancel the order because the protocol fee is not refunded.

What if Zedkr Cash does not accept my amount?

Check that:

  • The selected value is at least $5.
  • The selected value does not exceed $5,000.
  • Your Para wallet has enough of the selected asset.
  • The asset is supported on Robinhood Chain.
  • The quote has not expired.
  • Current asset pricing has not moved the value outside the supported range.

If the amount is valid but you still cannot continue, open the Zedkr Cash chat support window and send us a message.

Include the selected asset, amount, payout app and any error message shown. Never share wallet recovery credentials, private keys or email verification codes.
