Zedkr Cash is designed to limit the personal information handled by Zedkr during a gift card purchase.

Your delivery email is sent directly to Cryptorefills so it can process the order and deliver the gift card. Zedkr does not see or store your delivery email, Cryptorefills order ID or gift card code.

Zedkr can see your public Para wallet address and display limited gift card purchase information in the History tab.

How does information move during a gift card purchase?

When you buy a gift card:

  1. You select a country, gift card and value.
  2. You choose ETH, USDG, CASHCAT or LOCK as the payment asset.
  3. You enter your delivery email.
  4. The delivery email and required order information are sent directly to Cryptorefills.
  5. You complete Slide to confirm and authorize the payment through Para.
  6. Cryptorefills processes and fulfills the order.
  7. Cryptorefills sends the gift card information to your delivery email.
  8. Zedkr Cash displays limited purchase information in History.

Zedkr does not receive or store the gift card code.

What information can Zedkr see?

Zedkr can see your public Para wallet address.

The Zedkr Cash interface can also display limited information associated with the gift card purchase, including:

  • Gift card brand or logo
  • Product name
  • Gift card value
  • Purchase date and time
  • Public blockchain transaction information

Zedkr Cash displays this information so you can identify the purchase in your History.

What information does Zedkr not see or store?

Zedkr does not see or store:

  • Your gift card delivery email
  • Your Cryptorefills order ID
  • Your gift card code
  • Your gift card claim link
  • Your redemption details
  • Your email password
  • Your private keys
  • Your wallet recovery credentials
  • Your Para email verification code
  • Your authentication codes

Cryptorefills sends the gift card information directly to the delivery email entered at checkout.

What information is sent to Cryptorefills?

Cryptorefills receives the information required to process and fulfill the gift card order.

This may include:

  • Selected gift card or product
  • Gift card brand
  • Gift card value
  • Selected country or region
  • Delivery email
  • Payment and transaction information required to process the order

Cryptorefills uses this information to create the order, generate the Cryptorefills order ID and deliver the gift card.

Zedkr does not receive the delivery email before it is sent to Cryptorefills.

Why does Cryptorefills need my delivery email?

Cryptorefills needs the delivery email to send:

  • The order confirmation
  • The gift card code or claim link
  • Redemption instructions
  • The Cryptorefills order ID
  • Product information
  • Expiration information, when applicable

The gift card is delivered to the email address you enter during checkout.

Check the complete address before finishing the purchase. Once a gift card has been delivered, it cannot be redirected to another email address.

Does my delivery email need to match my Para email?

No. The delivery email entered at gift card checkout does not need to match the email used to access your Para wallet.

The Para email is used for wallet access and authentication.
The gift card delivery email is sent directly to Cryptorefills for order fulfillment.

Make sure you can access the delivery email and that it belongs to the intended recipient.

Does Zedkr see my delivery email while I enter it?

No. Zedkr does not see or store the delivery email entered for the gift card purchase.

The information is sent directly to Cryptorefills so it can deliver the product.

If you contact Zedkr Support, you may voluntarily provide the delivery email when it is necessary to investigate an issue.

Does Zedkr see the Cryptorefills order ID?

No. Zedkr does not see or store your Cryptorefills order ID as part of the purchase flow.

Cryptorefills generates the order ID and includes it in the confirmation email.

Keep the confirmation email. If you need assistance, you may voluntarily provide the order ID to Zedkr Support so the team can coordinate with Cryptorefills.

Does Zedkr see my gift card code?

No. Zedkr does not see, receive or store your gift card code.

The code or claim link is delivered directly by Cryptorefills to the email address entered at checkout.

The gift card code is not displayed in your Zedkr Cash History.

Zedkr Support does not need the complete gift card code to locate or investigate the purchase.

What information appears in History?

Gift card purchases appear in the Zedkr Cash History tab alongside cash-out orders.

A gift card entry may display:

  • Gift card brand or logo
  • Product name
  • The label Gift card
  • Gift card value
  • Purchase date and time

Opening the entry displays the available purchase details and a reminder to check your email for the gift card information.

The delivery email, Cryptorefills order ID, claim link and gift card code are not displayed.

Is my gift card information recorded onchain?

No. Your delivery email, Cryptorefills order ID, gift card code and redemption details are not included as public blockchain transaction data.

The blockchain transaction may show public information such as:

  • Your public Para wallet address
  • Token approvals or authorizations
  • Asset transfers
  • Transaction amount
  • Transaction hash
  • Smart-contract interactions
  • Transaction status
  • Date and time

Zedkr cannot edit or remove information recorded on a public blockchain.

Can someone access my wallet using my public address?

No. A public wallet address does not provide access to your assets.

A person may use a blockchain explorer to view public transaction activity, but the public address does not allow them to:

  • Sign transactions
  • Transfer your assets
  • Access your private keys
  • View your gift card code
  • Access your delivery email
  • Enter your Para wallet

Never share private wallet or authentication information.

Does Zedkr receive or hold my payment?

Zedkr provides the interface used to select the gift card and authorize the purchase, but it does not take custody of your wallet or maintain a customer balance.

Your selected asset remains in your Para wallet until you authorize the transaction through Slide to confirm.

Zedkr cannot independently sign the transaction or move assets from your wallet.

Cryptorefills processes the payment and fulfills the gift card order. It receives the amount required for the specific purchase rather than maintaining a wallet balance for you.

What information does Para handle?

Para provides the embedded wallet and authentication system used by Zedkr Cash.

Para handles the wallet functions required to:

  • Create or access your wallet
  • Authenticate your wallet session
  • Display your wallet balance
  • Authorize the gift card payment
  • Receive returned USDG if the purchase fails
  • Receive claimed ZED
  • Send supported assets

Para uses a 2-of-2 multiparty computation signing model. Neither Zedkr nor Para can independently sign a transaction from your wallet.

Is identity verification information shared?

No identity verification is required for gift card purchases made through Zedkr Cash.

You are not required to submit an identification document as part of the Zedkr Cash gift card checkout.

The issuing brand may require an eligible account or apply its own redemption own redemption rules. These requirements are separate from the gift card purchase.

Never send identification documents through an unofficial support channel.

How should I protect my delivery email?

The delivery email contains information that may allow someone to claim or redeem the gift card.

Protect the email account by:

  • Using a strong and unique password
  • Enabling multifactor authentication when available
  • Reviewing unfamiliar login activity
  • Removing unknown devices or sessions
  • Avoiding suspicious links and attachments
  • Keeping account recovery information current
  • Securing the device used to access the email

If someone gains access to the delivery email, they may be able to view or redeem the gift card.

How should I protect the gift card code?

Treat the gift card code like cash.

Do not:

  • Post it publicly
  • Include it in an unredacted screenshot
  • Share it through social media
  • Send it to someone offering unsolicited support
  • Enter it on an unofficial website
  • Forward the delivery email unless you intend to give the gift card to someone else

Redeem the code only through the issuing brand’s official website or application.

What information can I give Zedkr Support?

If you contact Zedkr Support, you may voluntarily provide the information needed to investigate the issue.

This may include:

  • Public Para wallet address
  • Gift card brand and value
  • Purchase date and approximate time
  • Selected country or region
  • Payment asset
  • Cryptorefills order ID, if available
  • Delivery email, when relevant
  • Relevant transaction information
  • Exact error message
  • A screenshot with unrelated personal information and the gift card code fully redacted

Zedkr Support can use the information you provide to coordinate with Cryptorefills.

What information should I never share?

Never share:

  • Complete gift card code
  • Gift card claim link
  • Email password
  • Para email verification code
  • Wallet recovery credentials
  • Private keys
  • Authentication codes
  • Passwords
  • Complete payment card numbers

Zedkr Support and Cryptorefills do not need your private wallet credentials or passwords to investigate a gift card purchase.

  3. Fully redact the gift card code.
  4. Redact the claim link.
  5. Redact unrelated email messages and account balances.
