Zedkr Cash supports gift card payments using four assets on Robinhood Chain:

Which assets are supported?
You can pay for a gift card using ETH, USDG, CASHCAT or LOCK held in your Para wallet on Robinhood Chain.
Can I pay with ZED?
No. ZED can be held, received or sent through your Para wallet, but it is not currently supported as a gift card payment asset.
ZED is used for $ZED cashback rewards. It does not appear in the list of assets available for gift card payment.

Can I use an asset from another network?
No. The supported payment asset must be on Robinhood Chain.
An asset with the same symbol on another blockchain is not automatically available for a Zedkr Cash gift card purchase.
Before sending funds to your Para wallet, verify:
Blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network may prevent the balance from appearing correctly in Zedkr Cash.

How do I fund my Para wallet?
If the supported asset is held in another wallet:

- Sign in to your Para wallet.
- Open the Wallet tab.
- Select Receive.
- Copy your Para wallet address or scan the QR code.
- Open the wallet containing your supported Robinhood Chain asset.
- Confirm that Robinhood Chain is selected.
- Send the required amount to your Para wallet.
- Wait for the balance to appear.
If the asset is already in your Para wallet, you can skip this step.
Is the transfer into my Para wallet free?
The transfer into your Para wallet is separate from the gift card purchase.
The wallet sending the asset may require or charge its own network fee. Zedkr does not cover the gas or network fee charged by another wallet for transferring funds into your Para wallet.
Once the supported asset is available in your Para wallet, Zedkr covers the blockchain gas required for the gift card transaction completed through Zedkr Cash.

How do I check my available assets?
Open your Para wallet portfolio from the Wallet tab.
Your portfolio displays the assets and balances associated with your wallet.

- The balance is not already being used by another pending transaction.
How do I select the payment asset?
After choosing a gift card and amount:
Choose the payment asset before authorizing the purchase.
- Select Continue.
- Review the gift card checkout screen.
- Open the payment asset selector.
- Choose ETH, USDG, CASHCAT or LOCK.
- Review the estimated asset amount.
- Confirm that your balance covers the complete transaction.
- Enter and verify your delivery email.
- Complete Slide to confirm.
Choose the payment asset before authorizing the purchase.
How much do I need in my wallet?
Your Para wallet must contain enough of the selected asset to cover:
- The gift card price set by Cryptorefills
- The Zedkr fee
The Zedkr fee is:
- $1 for purchases up to and including $20
- 3.9% for purchases over $20
The checkout screen displays the estimated amount of the selected asset required to complete the purchase.

No. Zedkr covers the blockchain gas required for the gift card transaction.
If you pay with USDG, CASHCAT or LOCK, you do not need to add a separate ETH balance for gas.
You only need enough of your selected payment asset to cover the total displayed at checkout.

Why can the required asset amount change?
The amount of ETH, USDG, CASHCAT or LOCK required can change with:

If the amount is no longer acceptable, close the confirmation screen without authorizing the purchase.
- The market value of the selected asset
- The gift card price supplied by Cryptorefills
- Provider exchange-rate and processing costs
- The Zedkr fee
- Changes between preparing and confirming the transaction
Review the asset amount and total immediately before completing Slide to confirm.
If the amount is no longer acceptable, close the confirmation screen without authorizing the purchase.
What happens if my balance is too low?
If your wallet does not contain enough of the selected asset to cover the displayed total, the purchase cannot be completed.
You can:

- Choose another supported asset with a sufficient balance.
- Add more of the selected asset to your Para wallet.
- Choose a lower gift card amount, when the product permits it.

Does the payment asset affect the gift card value?
The gift card value is determined by the product and amount you select.
The chosen payment asset determines how much ETH, USDG, CASHCAT or LOCK is required to pay the displayed total.

Do all successful purchases earn $ZED cashback?
Yes. A successful gift card purchase earns $ZED cashback equal to 5% of the Zedkr fee.
Cashback is not calculated from:

What happens to my payment if the purchase fails?
If the purchase fails, the remaining funds are automatically returned to the same Para wallet as USDG, minus the applicable fees.
The returned funds do not come back as the asset originally selected for payment.
A failed gift card purchase does not earn $ZED cashback.
