Zedkr Cash cash-outs take approximately 24 hours on average, but completion times are not guaranteed.

The actual time depends on the cash-out amount, payout app, currency and available Peer liquidity. Some orders may be completed much sooner, while others may take longer.

Is an estimated time shown before I confirm?

Yes. Zedkr Cash displays an estimated time as part of the quote before you authorize the cash-out.

Review the estimate together with:

  • Expected fiat payout
  • Market rate
  • Total fees
  • Conversion cost
  • Relay fee
  • Protocol fee
  • Estimated $ZED cashback
  • Payout method and currency

The displayed time reflects current conditions. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion deadline.

In some quotes, the estimate may describe when the order will usually begin matching rather than when the entire cash-out will be settled.

When does the cash-out process begin?

The process begins after you review the quote and use Slide to confirm.

Zedkr Cash then completes the required wallet authorizations, asset conversion and routing. Once the Base USDC deposit is created through Peer, your order enters the buyer-matching process.

Your confirmation screen will display a Deposit ID and the initial payout status.

What stages affect the completion time?

A cash-out normally moves through several stages.

Asset conversion and routing

The selected asset is converted through Uniswap, and Relay routes the conversion output into Base USDC.
The USDC is then deposited into Peer’s non-custodial escrow.

Awaiting a buyer

The order may initially display awaiting-buyer or Processing.

Peer is looking for an eligible buyer who can send the required fiat amount through your selected payout app and currency.

The waiting time depends on available buyer liquidity for that specific payment method, currency and order amount.

Buyer matched — awaiting fiat

Once a buyer accepts the order, the status changes to Buyer matched — awaiting fiat.

The buyer then has a limited period to send the correct fiat amount and currency to your payout account.

Cancellation is temporarily unavailable while the buyer’s payment window is active.

Payment verification and settlement

Peer verifies the fiat payment after it is sent.

If the correct payment is verified, the escrowed USDC is released to the buyer and the order changes to Settled.

The correct fiat payment should also appear in your Monzo, Zelle, Chime or Revolut account.

What affects the cash-out time?

Completion time can be affected by:

  • Cash-out amount
  • Selected payout app
  • Selected payout currency
  • Available Peer buyer liquidity
  • How quickly an eligible buyer accepts the order
  • How quickly the matched buyer sends the fiat payment
  • How long payment verification takes

A payout method or currency with less available buyer liquidity may take longer to match.

Does the asset I choose affect the timing?

The selected asset can affect the conversion stage of the transaction.

All supported assets are converted through Uniswap before Relay routes the output into Base USDC. Assets with limited liquidity may experience greater slippage or less favorable conversion terms.

The time spent waiting for the fiat payment depends primarily on Peer liquidity for the selected payout app, currency and cash-out amount.
What happens if the buyer does not pay in time?
When the order displays Buyer matched — awaiting fiat, the matched buyer has a limited payment window.

If the buyer does not complete the correct payment before that window expires, the order status will update. Return to the order details to check whether the order continues matching or whether cancellation has become available again.

Do not assume the order is complete unless it displays Settled and the correct payment appears in your payout account.

Can I cancel an order that is taking too long?

You can cancel an order only while the cancellation option is available.

Open the order from the History tab. If the order is eligible, you will see Cancel or Cancel & withdraw USDC.

Cancellation is temporarily unavailable while a matched buyer’s payment is in progress. If the payment window expires without settlement, check the order again to see whether cancellation has become available.

After a successful cancellation:

  • Recovered funds are automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG.
  • Transaction fees are not refunded.

A settled order cannot be cancelled.

How do I track the order?

Open the History tab and select the cash-out you want to review.

The order details display:

  • Current status
  • Expected payout amount
  • USDC deposited
  • Payout method
  • Currency
  • Date
  • Deposit ID

Select Refresh to check for a recent status change.
