You can claim earned $ZED cashback from the Cashback tab in Zedkr Cash.

When you select Claim, the available ZED is sent directly to the Para wallet connected to your current Zedkr Cash session.

You do not need to wait for the related cash-out to settle before claiming your cashback.

When is cashback available to claim?

You earn $ZED cashback when you accept a cash-out quote and successfully complete Slide to confirm.

The cashback is earned at confirmation. You do not need to wait for:

  • A buyer to accept the order
  • The buyer to send fiat
  • Peer to verify the payment
  • The order to display Settled

Cashback can be available while the cash-out is still processing or after the cash-out has been canceled.

How do I claim my cashback?

To claim your available ZED:

  1. Open Zedkr Cash.
  2. Sign in using the email address associated with your Para wallet.
  3. Select the Cashback tab.
  4. Review the available ZED balance.
  5. Select Claim.
  6. Wait while the button displays Sending.
  7. Confirm that the ZED sent message appears.
  8. Open the Wallet tab and select Portfolio.
  9. Check your ZED balance.

Keep Zedkr Cash open while the claim is being processed. Do not repeatedly select Claim while the button displays Sending.

Where is the claimed ZED sent?

The claimed ZED is sent directly to the Para wallet connected to your current Zedkr Cash session.

You do not need to:

  • Enter another wallet address
  • Enter payout account details
  • Select a payout app
  • Choose a fiat currency
  • Arrange a separate withdrawal from Zedkr Cash

Make sure you are signed in to the correct Para wallet before selecting Claim.

How do I confirm that the claim was completed?

A completed claim displays the ZED sent confirmation.

After the claim:

  1. Open the Wallet tab.
  2. Select Portfolio.
  3. Look for ZED.
  4. Review the updated ZED balance.

The available balance in the Cashback tab may change to 0 ZED after the claim because the available reward has been sent to your wallet.

If the Cashback tab shows 0 ZED after claiming, check your wallet portfolio before trying again.

How is my cashback calculated?

Your cashback equals 5% of the protocol fee charged for the cash-out.

The calculation is:

Protocol fee × 5% = $ZED cashback value

For example, a cash-out with a $1 protocol fee earns:

$1 × 5% = $0.05 in $ZED cashback

The confirmation screen displays the estimated cashback before you complete Slide to confirm. The Cashback tab displays the available reward as an amount of ZED.

Is cashback based on the total cash-out fee?

No. Cashback is calculated only from the protocol fee.

It is not calculated from:

  • Relay fee
  • Uniswap conversion cost
  • Price impact
  • Token slippage
  • Total combined cash-out cost

The protocol fee and estimated cashback are displayed separately on the confirmation screen.

Can I claim cashback before the cash-out settles?

Yes. You can claim the cashback once it appears in the Cashback tab.

Cashback does not require the related order to reach Settled. It is earned when you accept the quote and successfully complete Slide to confirm.

Claiming cashback does not change the cash-out status or affect the buyer-matching process.

Do I keep the cashback if the cash-out is canceled?

Yes. You keep the $ZED cashback if the related cash-out is later canceled.

The protocol fee is not refunded after cancellation. Because the cashback is calculated from that protocol fee and earned at confirmation, it remains available.

After cancellation:

  • Recovered funds are automatically returned to your Para wallet as USDG.
  • Transaction fees are not refunded.
  • Completed conversion effects are not reversed.
  • Your earned $ZED cashback remains available to claim.

What happens if the buyer does not pay?

Your cashback does not depend on the buyer completing the fiat payment.

If the buyer’s payment window expires, the order status will update. The order may continue matching, or cancellation may become available again.

Your earned cashback remains available because you successfully confirmed the cash-out.

Can I send the ZED to another wallet?

After the ZED has been claimed and appears in your Para wallet, you can use the wallet’s Send feature to send it to another compatible wallet.

Always verify:

  • The recipient’s wallet address
  • The selected asset
  • The blockchain network
  • The amount being sent

Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed.

Can I cash out ZED through Zedkr Cash?

ZED can be received, viewed and sent from your Para wallet, but it is not currently listed as a supported Zedkr Cash cash-out asset.

The supported cash-out assets are:

  • ETH
  • USDG
  • CASHCAT
  • LOCK

These assets must be held on Robinhood Chain.

Does claiming cashback affect my fiat payout?

No. Claiming $ZED cashback does not affect:

  • Net USDC
  • Fiat exchange rate
  • Expected fiat payout
  • Buyer matching
  • Cash-out status
  • Settlement

Cashback is a separate crypto reward sent to your Para wallet.

Does claiming cashback refund part of the protocol fee?

No. Cashback is a separate reward and is not a fee refund.

The protocol fee remains charged even if:

  • You claim the cashback
  • The cash-out is canceled
  • A buyer does not complete the fiat payment

The cashback reward is calculated from the protocol fee but does not reverse or reduce it.

What if the Cashback tab shows 0 ZED?

A 0 ZED balance can mean:

  • You have not yet confirmed an eligible cash-out.
  • The cashback has not appeared yet.
  • You are signed in to a different Para wallet.
  • The available cashback was already claimed.
  • The claim was completed and the ZED was sent to your wallet.

Check your Portfolio to see whether the ZED was already received.

Also confirm that you are signed in using the email address associated with the Para wallet that authorized the cash-out.

What if the Claim button is unavailable?

The Claim button may be unavailable when no ZED is available to claim or while a claim is already being processed.

Check:

  • The available ZED balance
  • Whether the button displays Sending
  • Whether the ZED sent confirmation appeared
  • Your ZED balance in Portfolio
  • Whether you are signed in to the correct Para wallet

Do not repeatedly select the button while a claim is in progress.

What if Sending does not complete?

If the claim remains on Sending:

  1. Keep Zedkr Cash open for a short period.
  2. Check your internet connection.
  3. Refresh the page or reopen Zedkr Cash.
  4. Return to the Cashback tab.
  5. Check whether the available balance changed.
  6. Open Portfolio and review your ZED balance.
  7. Check any relevant transaction information.

Do not submit repeated claims until you confirm whether the first claim was completed.

What if ZED sent appears but the tokens are missing?

Confirm that:

  • You are viewing the correct Para wallet.
  • You are signed in with the correct email address.
  • You opened Portfolio.
  • You refreshed the wallet balance.
  • The ZED was not sent from the wallet afterward.

If the tokens still do not appear, open chat support and send us a message.
